Erasmus+
Student Mobility - Poland
EU project - news, from school web page, Plan your success today Author Mrs. Maja Sokač
Students of the seventh and eighth grade who make up the Erasmus + project "Plan your success today"
team, travelled to Poland on January 20th, 2018. We first went to Warsaw, and then the second day to
the final destination - Leczna. Leczna is a place not far from the city of Lublin and is the seat of Primary
School No. 4 Pope John Paul II which is our Project Coordinator. During school workshops, our students,
besides meeting our Polish hosts, also met the students of the partner school in Latvia and made many
friendships. The hosts prepared a lot of amusing workshops for us, and we participated in the carnival
procession and school dance. We had two one-day excursions, to Lublin and Warsaw. We visited the
traditional printing shop in Lublin, Polish television, the Sports Museum and the Kopernik Centre in
Warsaw, all with the purpose of getting acquainted with the possibilities of getting a job in the future. The
students who participated in this trip are Lucija Perković 8 a, Antonija Horvat 8 b, Ana Ciglenečki 8 d, Lara
Tot 7 b, Jakov Schramadei 8 d, Joško Radić 8 e, Dino Islamović 7 e and Albert Maršić 7 e. They were
accompanied by our school educator Maja Sokač and computer classes teacher Miss Katarina Radanović.
We came back on January 27th, and to all of us this trip was an unforgettable and unique experience we
will always remember.
