IMPRESSIONS OF THE PROJECT PARTICIPANTS
No. 37 Kindergarten with extended program, Braila identified the needs of the
organization, the community, the target group and analyzed the production of
high quality learning outcomes for the Erasmus + Project participants,
"Fearless child makes a cheerful child".
The themes bring to the forefront the issue of the different approach of the
educational act through the child's perspective, and the effects are visible:
- Preschools communicate better with each other and with adults, are more
creative, argue for given answers, critically judge the situations encountered.
Diversity, tolerance and initiative are promoted.
- Teachers develop the skills and methods necessary to achieve a modern,
participative-active and inclusive education, a better understanding of
concepts, non-formal activities. We have refined negotiation as a means of
mediating decision-making in different situations, by listening to all points of
view, analyzing arguments and setting priorities, establishing the best links
between the elements of the selected strategies
Learning attitudes, knowledge, skills and exchanges of best practice is
achieved.
As a manager, I perceived these exchanges as an inexhaustible resource of
inspiration, diversity and innovation in education. We have persevered in
continuing our partnership projects at European level because I think they are
a way of correcting or transforming the act of learning according to the
interests and needs of children, finding the attractiveness of education.
- Parents and other members of the community participate with the children
and teachers in achieving the proposed objectives, being an integral part of
the educational achievement, the project involving a large number of
participants.
