IMPRESSIONS OF THE PROJECT PARTICIPANTS
A society or societies which consist of individuals who help each other, share, developed feelings of love and
respect, have high self-confidence, overcame their fears.... and a world which consist of these societies... Isn't it
beautiful?
The aim of the project is to develop the self-confidence of children, make them happy and successful , enabling
them to overcome their phobies, especially school phobies, through games, occasions, activities etc. which they
join in person. Why preschool education? Because, many feelings, behaviours, habits are got between the ages
of 0-6. With this project, the students found an opportunity to recognize and share the lifestyle of their peers who
live in different cultures and countries, the activities their peers did and the occasions their peers joined. The
students got to know different traditional child's plays, while they were introducing their own traditional child's
plays. Teachers found an opportunity to get to know different countries and cultures, learn, and practise the
education systems which were put into practice, the techniques and methods which were used in education.
They practised the techniques and methods in their own countries and schools by taking the experiences, skills,
and knowledge of their colleagues from different countries. They made deductions and observations, in
particular, about emotive and psychological approaches, academic methods and techniques, games, activities,
occasions which were done and which can be done to overcome the school phobia that consists the main theme
of the project. They developed their educational environment in the light of the experiences and knowledge which
they got. As a result, the project availed to all of the participants, and eased the targeted aim to be reached.
