TRANSNATIONAL PROJECT MEETINGS
During the project there were five transnational meetings. Transnational meetings are
necessary because it brings all of the partners together in person at one place. Since
the children are at a young age, only the teachers were attending the meetings.
During the host meetings the children were active participants in the program
(communication in English, excanging gifts, cultural program...)
At the transnational meetings the partners discussed the project work and tasks that
need to be accomplished and also about progress of the project.
Each partner had the opportunity to present their institution and the educational
system of their country.
During the transnational meetings partners learned more about their partners country,
culture and tradition and learned to cooperate with different cultural backgrounds.
It was an opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences with others, to expand and
improve professional skills, ITC skills, etc.
Partners also got a chance to expand their English speaking skills at these meetings,
since English was the working language of the project.
