Taking a step towards fitness requires a lot of mental motivation, pursuing it consistently requires focus and dedication. Eventually, as results start to show, not just the body but the mind too undergoes drastic changes. After witnessing such changes, we realise that our body is capable of moulding itself, irrespective of our age. Also, it brings us to a conclusion that everything around us can change and nothing is permanent. Everything is malleable and within our control, including our job, our relationships and finances. Focusing on the body and observing it intricately is the best way of transforming our mind. Working individuals often experience that mood and productivity are directly related. It has been proved that staying healthy boosts the happiness quotient and improves confidence, hence it is imperative to keep ourself healthy for high-yielding work results.
