A subset of the International Style of Ballroom Dancing, Latin includes the following five dances: Cha cha cha, Rumba, Samba, Paso Doble and Jive. The figures in these dances have been standardized and danced socially and competitively all over the world. Compared to the typical ballroom dance, Latin dances are generally faster-paced, more sensual, and have more rhythmic expression.

A subset of the International Style of Ballroom Dancing, Modern Ballroom, aka Standard, includes the following five dances: Waltz, Quickstep, Foxtrot, Tango and Viennese Waltz. The figures in these dances have also been standardized and danced socially and competitively all over the world.

New Vogue is a unique Australian style of ballroom dancing with many varieties of progressive dances. It is featured highly in Latin and Ballroom socials and competitions all over Australia. There is more freedom for individual movement in New Vogue than in Ballroom. Due to their progressive and automatic nature, New Vogue dances are often taught in formals, balls, debutantes and weddings.

Argentine Tango is a beautiful dynamic dance. A smooth flowing combination of elements such as leg wraps, turns and sweeps. Also including sharp emphasis motions like kicks, lifts and blocks. Tango can take you and your dance partner wherever your mood and interpretation leads.
