How do you shoot when you don’t
own a camera?
STEPHANIE: Every week and weekend
when I was in school, I would go to the
photo lab or the resources center to check
out a camera. I knew once school would
be over, I wouldn’t have the advantage or
opportunity to learn new techniques and
skills. I took the advantage throughout my
first year of college to use materials I never
had access to before. Now that I’m out of
school, I’m shooting with a mobile phone
and sometimes a friend’s camera.
