The Suhr Jack Rabbit Tremolo is slowly becoming a firm favourite for analogue Tremolo users and gigging musicians across the globe. With it's solid construction, ease of use and not forgetting it's tap/strum tempo function, it's hard to find a reason for guitarists not to head straight to this pedal.

Upon opening the box, your eyes are first drawn to its simple yet effective design, which flows from top to bottom. This design creates a 3D effect, which gives the pedal some form of visual appeal.

However, the design department at Suhr must have spared expense when designing this compared to many other notable pedals who offer a more unique visual package. This being said, you don't buy a guitar pedal solely based on looks. It's how the pedals and in this case it is strongly backed up by a variety of features that will keep you noodling for hours.

This pedal comes with 5 different wave settings, which are easy to dial and you also have the potential to blend in two different waveforms to get the exact tremolo sound you are looking for.

The headroom of this pedal is fantastic and even when the level is fully cranked, it is hard to find the signal clipping. This is great for live performers as it provides you with a crisp even tone throughout your set, even if you are using the level to give you a boost.

The Jack Rabbit also has a 3 way subdivision switch which splits the tempo into quarter, eighth or qarter note triplets which is an advantage when teamed with the tap and strum tempo function.

These main features are easily engaged by holding down footswitch until the light flashes orange (tap) or red (Strum). This feature is especially great for guitarists who play with backing tracks, as you can synch up your Tremolo tempo within 3 taps of the footswtich to lock into the song. This pedal is true bypass as standard but there is also a switch inside to change the buffer depending on what you prefer. The tone is incredible, the build quality is second to none and the tap tempo is great for playing live.

In short this pedal is a must have for any guitstairst with its versatility and solid build, it will add chatacert to any guitar part you throw at it.
