Women love harder than a man is because overall they have a different understanding and expectations from relationships. Remember it’s proven that females mature faster than males. With that being stated a female at a younger age is expecting the American dream in her relationship. She wants honesty, commitment, and a future with most men that she dates. On the other end, the male is not quite up to par with that definition of a relationship; younger guys want relaxed relationships that don’t force evolution into something deeper.
When a woman has her mind set on what she wants in a relationship she forgets the key element, making sure her partner has his mind set on the same relationship goals leading to a mutual outcome. Many women have this approach that if the man lacks those relationship goals but maintains; higher sex drive, physical attractions, and even a steady income, it’s ok to settle for him because she can change his beliefs on being in a committed relationship. Don’t get me wrong, many men today want a faithful and healthy relationship, just when they are ready.
When females enter a relationship with the fairy tale dream that they are going to achieve this Beyoncé & Jay-Z marriage, they automatically set themselves up for failure. Recently Steve Harvey’s book Think like a Man, Act like a Woman has prompted many women, especially African-American, to be open minded when entering new relationship. In a around about way of saying, play the game as a man would without being a promiscuous. Respect yourself while not putting your feelings ahead of your common sense.
The ugly truth about this entire subject though? Is that man actually love just as hard as women, we just refrain from showing, and when we do show it we show it in a much disclosed manner. For instance, during a break-up a female will show public affection, these days mostly through social media. Meanwhile a man can go through a break-up and not speak on it, but is mentally just depressed as the female. In my opinion that you don’t have to go around expressing your feelings like a female, as a man but if you are into a woman, and know you want to take it to the next level, you should go ahead and express to her that you want more in the relationship. Women like that!
