The TLA is alive with metalheads as they gather to see co-headliners Every Time I Die and The Ghost Inside, along with openers Architects and Hundredth. Long Island born Backtrack are supposed to start off the show, but had to drop due to personal reasons. Instead, starting off the show is Hundredth. Though their set is short, it has a long standing impact on the crowd. The feeling is changing with their deep rhythms and fast beats. Vocalist Chadwick Johnson is engaging with the audience, and the rest of the band are into the music, obviously enjoying themselves on stage. They opened with “Shelter” from their latest EP Resist. Next were Architects, straight from the UK. Their set is crazy, high energy fun. Many of their songs are off their new release, Lost Forever // Lost Together. Vocalist Sam Carter admitted to a migraine, but that didn’t hinder his performance, constantly running and jumping around on stage. Architects are memorable, leaving a good impression on the crowd.
