Finishing out the night and bringing in 2015 was The One & The Only Anthony Green. Anthony Green never fails to bring his all to the stage when stepping out onto it. The stage nicely decorated to bring the New Year in the right way with numbered balloons numbering out 2015, along with the large sized colorful balloons filling the stage. His set was very talent and passion filled as you can just feel Anthony’s passion for music within the music. Anthony’s son Luke made the show even more fun running around the stage like it was his show playing with balloons and interacting with the fans of his dads. Anthony is one of those love ‘em or hate ‘em guys with all sorts of strange folklore surrounding him about mental breakdowns, substance abuse and asshole tendencies, but who cares. We all have our quirks. I’m gonna stay on the love ‘em side. Regardless of whether you love him unquestionably or you absolutely love to hate him, he has put together an impressive catalog of solo material, and he puts on a hell of a show. He writes and performs emotional, bipolar songs ranging from simple and direct to complex and abstract. During the show Brendan Ekstrom of Circa Survive to perform Circa Survive’s song “Get Out”, along with “Julian” & Saosin’s “Seven Years” which got the crowd going insane, during Seven Years the fire alarms went out due to fog but that didn't stop the crowd from singing nor Anthony. The night continued on with an amazing night of great music, at 12 midnight confetti burst over the crowd while the balloons floated down from the ceiling and stage and Anthony Green and Aaron West sang “Auld Lang Syne” to bring in the New Year with every band and Anthony’s family present on the stage. Anthony never fails to put on an incredible performance no matter it be solo or with one of his bands.
