JG: 沢山います。最初のきっかけは、僕がJETプログラムで教師をし The first person I met when was I was teaching on the JET Program was a guy called Mr. Masao Anzai. I visited his house on New Years Day 1989 and he was the first one to introduce me to really good sake. I had 5 or 6 sake, and it was the first time I had Nurukan, Nomi Kurabe, Tokute Meishoshu and premium sake. I wrote a letter to British Toji Philip Harper, and he invited me to visit him in his brewery. I went down to Umenoyado and worked there a couple of times.
