酒サムライとは？
One can rarely read about sake without coming across the term ‘Sake
Samurai’. But who are they and what is their mission? We talk to Sake
Samurai Coordinator Toshie Hiraide and UK representative Rie Yoshitake
to shed some light on this organisation, their history and future.
日本酒業界について語る際、必ず出てくる名称「酒サムライ」。
酒サムライとはどんなミッションを持った集まりなのか、その歴史
