3-4 medium ripe mangoes
3 tablespoons Anima Mundi
Coconut Cream Powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
TOPPINGS:
½ cup kiwis
½ cup coconut flakes
1 cup granola

◆ In a blender, add peeled and
chopped mango with the
coconut cream powder and
ginger. Blend until a smooth
puree and pour into two
bowls.
