REGAN GRIMES ,
BODYBUILDING
It ’ s astonishing to consider how much Regan Grimes has accomplished in bodybuilding , as a young man who just turned 24 this summer . Regan kicked off
his amateur bodybuilding career back in 2012 at an Ultimate Fitness Events ( UFE ) competition and won the Middleweight Men ’ s Bodybuilding category . Two years later , he competed at the renowned Luchka O ’ Brien Classic ( Junior Bodybuilding )
in Mississauga and won both the Men ’ s Heavyweight and Overall categories . Later that year , Regan competed at the Ontario provincials , where he came second in both the Men ’ s Heavyweight and Junior Heavyweight divisions , during which time he was still
only 21 years old .
With such a skyward trajectory , the next step for Regan was to obtain his pro card ; not surprisingly , it didn ’ t take long . At the Arnold Classic Brazil in April 2016 , Regan won the Men ’ s Bodybuilding Overall category
