The reason I had my breast aug-
mentation was solely because I
wanted to feel more confident
in my body, and for me that

competitions in fitness or even
photo-shoots.
I had been terrified of

They both listened to what I
wanted and discussed, with

follow-ups. An added bonus
was the complementary stay

which was pretty lux to say the
least. Staying overnight added
extra assurance and comfort to
the post-operation experience.
My recovery was quick and
flawless. I was able to return to
my daily schedule two weeks
post-operation and one month
after that, I was back in the
gym! More importantly, the
results are exactly what I had
envisioned. I speak so highly of
the Toronto Cosmetic Surgery
Institute team, that a close
friend booked her surgery only
months after mine. If I knew
how easy the process would
have been and how unbeliev-
able Dr. Jugenburg and his
team were, I would have never
waited so long!

IMPLANT TYPE/SIZE: with a lack
of breast tissue, and the goal
being a natural looking result,
Natrelle® 410 Style FF (tear drop
shape with a natural slope), a highly
cohesive silicone gel implant was
used. Breast size increased: 34B-
34DD, “With amazing side boob!
Ha!” adds Kristie.
PROCEDURE: incision was placed
under the breast fold. It was a dual
plane procedure, meaning, the
implant is placed half under the
muscle and half out, at the bottom.
The implant is sloped so it has to be
partially outside of the muscle.
It was my personal decision
to have breast augmentation,
not for professional model-
ing work. I had always wanted
larger breasts for a more volup-
tuous and curvaceous figure.
It took me five years to
finally decide on having breast
augmentation. I had never had
surgery before so I was scared
to go under the knife and I
was worried about whether or
not I would be happy with the
outcome.
I finally chose Dr. Jugenburg
based on his vast experience
and reputation for producing
beautiful breast augmentation
results. His refined incision
techniques were also a big one
for me. His scaring is basically
non-existent, paper thin!
During my consultation Dr.
Jugenburg was very straight-
forward, practical and realistic
about what I could and couldn't
achieve. We discussed all of my
options from incision place-
ment; breast implant type and
size, to the procedure that
would best achieve the natural
look I wanted. I was comfort-
able with our surgical plan
and confident about moving
forward.
Dr. Jugenburg’s nurses
were extremely calming which
helped me stay relaxed while
waiting to go into surgery.
The recovery wasn't what
I had expected, I thought I
would feel like I’d been hit by a
truck but that wasn't the case. I
followed doctor’s orders to a T,
which also made my recovery
such a breeze.
This was one of the best
decisions I’ve made; it has given
me such a confidence boost. I
feel like my breasts are now in
better proportion with the rest
of my body.
