MM: HOW DID YOU ENTER THE WORLD OF
FITNESS MODELLING?
WHITNEY: I used to work small modelling
jobs, but then with all my natural muscle tone
fitness modeling was just a better fit for me.
I hired a photographer to shoot some fitness
images and I felt so much more at ease. Much
more my style and look. So I went with it and
never looked back.
MM: WHAT OTHER PURSUITS DO YOU HAVE IN
FITNESS?
WHITNEY: I am a personal trainer and
online coach. I train individuals day-to-day
and also have online clients that I create diet
and training plans for. I also created my own
fitness app “Fit with Whit App.”
MM: WHAT IS YOUR MESSAGE TO OTHER
WOMEN WHO ARE CONSIDERING A FITNESS
LIFESTYLE?
WHITNEY: Just like anything, if you really
want to make serious changes in your habits
and lifestyle, you must first understand
your reasons “why” you are doing it. If your
motives aren’t clear or strong enough, you
won’t stick to anything that’s not second
nature for you. So really reflect on whether
or not you really want to change – and why.
That way, you won’t give up when it feels too
challenging and the rest will fall into place
from there.
