NUTRITION Banana Choc Chip Muffins THE MACROS CALORIES: 349 Serves: 8 Prep time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 40 minutes Total time: 45 minutes PROTEIN: 13g CARBS: 27g FAT: Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour 4 medium sized soft bananas 6 medium sized eggs 2 tablespoons coconut oil 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 4 teaspoons stevia powder 1 cup dark chocolate chips Method: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 2. Combine all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) together in a food processor 21kg 3. Scoop the mixture into a muffin tray filled with muffin cases and divide equally between 8 4. Sprinkle choc chips onto the top of each muffin, then bake for 35-40 minutes in the oven until slightly golden on top 1 pinch ground black pepper 2 fresh red chillies, finely chopped (optional) 4 chicken breasts, diced 2 tablespoons coconut butter, melted 4.
