Your body hates you!
Whether you are overweight, have
average body fat or you’re super lean
– your body often hates you and it
doesn’t want you to be happy and
shredded on the beach. It just wants
you to be healthy, full of energy and
it will sometimes hammer you with
random food cravings, and frequent
self-doubt.
The leaner you are, the harder it
is going to be to lose your last bit of
body fat! Upon more extreme calorie
restriction the complex and vast
network that we call our metabolism,
can adapt and slow down so that
you’ll rarely find it quite as linear or
straightforward when losing fat, as
opposed to someone who has more
excessive weight.
Regardless of your current level,
follow my guidelines for fat loss
