“The problem is with cardio, it
makes your body catabolic which
means you’ll lose muscle and your
metabolism will slow down. I like
to focus my time on building lean
muscle mass in the weights room
instead, which means more body fat
gets burned and my metabolism stays
revved up.”
Roger typically trains 5-6 days a
week and doesn’t compete. His arms
are naturally pumped, so he doesn’t
always train arms. He trains abs
sporadically as he believes low body
fat lets the abs shine through without
over working them.
