1) KEEP STRESS
LEVELS LOW
Keeping your stress levels low is
imperative if you want to avoid
unwanted wrinkles and age-related
weight gain. Here’s how I make sure
laughter lines are the only lines
on my face.
Laugh a lot!
Go on YouTube and watch some
comedy every morning. Audio books
just before you go to sleep from
motivational speakers like Les Brown
and Tony Robbins are also a great
way to unwind.
Don’t take things personally
Life will have its ups and downs,
and you will inevitably experience
turbulent times, but never take
it personally.
Keep away from junk food
Junk food affects your energy levels.
This in turn makes you lazy, which
leads to depression and starts
a vicious cycle.
2) KEEP YOUR SKIN
LOOKING YOUNG AND
FRESH
Your skin says a lot about your age and
lifestyle. Give yourself a glow by:
Drinking lots of water
I aim for a minimum of 2 litres a
day- normally 4 if I’m training. Any
less and you’ll certainly be dehydrated
depending on your body weight.
Dehydration leads to terrible skin,
fatigue and water retention.
Flushing out toxins
Brown rice and grains, as well as
wholewheat foods are all great for
flushing out toxins because of their
fibre content. Go organic where
possible, as some foods like cereals
tend to be mixed with trans fats to
enhance their taste, which will just
make your skin worse.
So, your skin looks fresh and
you’re set to go globe trotting,
but what about that Snipes style
beach bod?
THE TRAINING PART:
ROGER REVEALS ALL
“To be honest, I don’t do cardio and
I don’t believe in it,” Roger reveals.
