TRAINING SPLIT

SUSTAINED FAT LOSS
I
hate taking rest days,
but it is vital to keep at least one
or two full rest days in my split to
allow my body to recover. I train hard
and intense, and generally complete
my workouts within 60-90 mins.
I’m not currently in preparation for
competition, so my cardio is basic
with 20 mins LISS after every
workout. This helps me maintain
a lean look and stay fit! I also throw
in an abs circuit 3 x per week.
I typically hit the gym five times a
week. My training split ensures I stay
lean all year round, whilst maintaining
a decent level of muscle mass.
