I am giving you a copy of my very own training programme I followed in the 12 weeks leading up to my first magazine cover shoot. As detailed as this is, I feel there are a lot of other tips that are just as important. These are tips that nobody tells you. 01 SURROUND YOURSELF WITH POSITIVE PEOPLE: If you are unable to surround yourself with positive people and have a positive environment, much like in nature, you will struggle to flourish .
