According to a recent poll run by

the vast majority said fitness!”

BodyPower Publishing have officially announced the return
of Muscle & Fitness HERS to UK news stands. The girl
powered version of Muscle & Fitness will launch in May,
and bosses are holding a VIP pink carpet event to launch
the publication at BodyPower.
UK MD Carl Walker said: “Muscle & Fitness has a long and
prestigious history in global fitness.
Since we acquired the rights to the Muscle & Fitness and
FLEX publications three months ago, they have gone from
strength to strength and delivered more than anyone could
have hoped, including a 51% uplift in sales on the news stands.
Throughout these three months, I have spoken to countless
female fitness athletes and one thing has become clear- there
is a gap in the market for a title that caters specifically for
serious fitness enthusiasts.
Women who train multiple times per week, some in ‘hard-
core’ gyms and understand the importance of nutrition and
supplementation.
Muscle & Fitness HERS will be launched for this market.
BodyPower Publishing is excited to bring this iconic title
back to the market, launching in May 2018.”

multi-discipline tournament
organised by the prison.
Stewart has not had gender
reassignment surgery, but despite
this he is living life as a woman in
the female section of the jail.
