I’ve been training for seven years

it would appear Arran was born this
way, but he says this wasn’t the case.
“My physique has developed
massively over the years,” he reveals. “I
started as that guy who trained chest
one day and arms the next day on
repeat. I didn’t really have much of an
idea what I was doing at all!”
Determined to make his mark on
the world, Arran began pin pointing
the things that could make a difference
to his goals.
“I would say there are three things

for me, and these apply to everyone

my fitness goals is learning how to maintain a lean physique,
whilst growing muscle simultaneously.
