Dietary tips from the
Stone Age.

Central heating on the blink? Feeling chilly?
Well man-up, snowflake and imagine this...
The harsh winter conditions have crept in and all signs of life and food
have all but disappeared. Your stomach is churning with hunger. Your
parched mouth salivates for the first time in days and you sit motionless
in a bid to savour the last remnants of heat being pulled from your body.
You remember your most recent meaningful feast all-of twelve long,
cold nights ago. There you sat with your belly distended, full of fatty
meat from a recent kill and further satiated with a dessert of sweet
honey from a recently smoked out beehive. But that was then. Now,
your hunger rages. You’ve eaten nothing but meagre remains of tubers
and even they have now given in to the frost.
