What is your training philosophy?
I believe you should train with the goal of
bringing something different each time
you step on the stage. You cannot do the
same thing and expect different results. I
believe the willingness to learn something
different is what takes you further in the
sport. I depend on other people to help
me connect all the dots. The biggest
mistake you can make is to accept
something as the norm. When you don't
accept the norm you can be innovative.
You are wide open and receptive to ideas.
It is important to remain a student and
apply what you have learned from others.
How many reps and sets do you perform?
On average I do 5 sets of 12 reps per
exercise for my upper body. For legs I do
15 reps. I focus on doing between 5 to 6
exercises. Bodybuilding is an aesthetic
sport that teaches you the principles of
