RISE OF THE PHOENIX 3.0 Everett Hand is a former bodybuilder based in the Eastern Cape and creator of the hugely popular Rise of the Phoenix competition . Established for the betterment of the sport and presented in partnership with Body Building and Fitness South Africa ( BBFSA ), the popular show serves as the ideal platform for athletes from all federations to compete in front of a professional panel of judges without having to be affiliated to a specific bodybuilding organisation . The 3rd edition of the show promises to be bigger and bolder with spectacular cash prizes .
