Llewellyn Cordier of Gauteng needs no introduction and of course no explanation as to why he won the Men ’ s Aerobic Fitness category .
Manie Lemmer Snr , also of Gauteng , wowed the judges with incredible conditioning and an awesome routine to win the Men ’ s Masters O / 50 years category .
The rest of the winners of their respective categories are as follows : Themba Simelane ( Novice U / 1.72m ), Jason Wood ( Men ’ s Junior U / 23 ), Zelna Pretorius ( Ladies Tones Figure ), Vicky Segone ( Men ’ s Class 4 ), Michelle van Straaten ( Ladies Athletic Figure ), Johan Boshoff ( Men ’ s Class 3 ), Sanet Egget ( Ladies Figure Class 1 O / 1.63 ) and Nico Fourie ( Men ’ s Class 1 ).
The championship was a huge success , made possible by the sponsors , with Lemmer saying : “ A huge thank you to all the sponsors involved .
