M.E SHOW REPORT
1ST PHIL HEATH
PHIL HEATH
DENNIS WOLF
KAI GREENE
Phil definitely managed to tighten
up considerably come show time
on Saturday night. The thing about
Phil is that he is so structurally and
symmetrically gifted (as per his
nickname “The Gift”) that even if his
condition lacks ever so slightly, it'll
still take one hell of a competitor to
knock him off his throne. One of Phil's
strengths lies in his ability to pose
and display himself symmetrically. His
added muscle on his frame has also
really brought his physique to life yet
again. His waist remains small while
he manages to thicken up legs, arms
and even shoulders to a point where
you don't think it's possible to add more
muscle. As a complete package, Phil
Heath, in my mind, epitomises what
bodybuilding is aesthetically. Not his
best conditioning
yet, but still
enough to
stand alone
as the 4 time
Mr Olympia
Champion.

Muscle Evolution
Reading the reports on the Olympia finals
it's easy to determine if the writer has a bias
for Phil or Kai, and this report on Kai won't
be any different because you'll soon realise
that I have a preference for Phil's physique.
Kai's behaviour in the press-conference was
also nothing short of disrespectful, not because
of the smack talk or the rivalry, but because
when Phil laid a tribute to his late father, Kai
insisted on stealing the moment once again
by telling Phil that the “past was the past” and
what happens here today is the future. There
is a time and place for healthy rivalry but Kai's
choice on timing was a little poor and it left a
