M.E SHOW REPORT 1ST PHIL HEATH PHIL HEATH DENNIS WOLF KAI GREENE Phil definitely managed to tighten up considerably come show time on Saturday night. The thing about Phil is that he is so structurally and symmetrically gifted (as per his nickname “The Gift”) that even if his condition lacks ever so slightly, it'll still take one hell of a competitor to knock him off his throne. One of Phil's strengths lies in his ability to pose and display himself symmetrically. His added muscle on his frame has also really brought his physique to life yet again. His waist remains small while he manages to thicken up legs, arms and even shoulders to a point where you don't think it's possible to add more muscle. As a complete package, Phil Heath, in my mind, epitomises what bodybuilding is aesthetically. Not his best conditioning yet, but still enough to stand alone as the 4 time Mr Olympia Champion. Kai's behaviour in the press-conference was also nothing short of disrespectful, not because of the smack talk or the rivalry, but because when Phil laid a tribute to his late father, Kai insisted on stealing the moment once again by telling Phil that the “past was the past” and what happens here today is the future.
