WELLNESS M/NM=Novacare Fitness Center member/nonmember fee Adult/Teen Wellness Barre Tone Tai Chi (Ages 16+) A perfect combination of yoga, Pilates and strength training will be presented while using the ballet barre as a tool. Develop lean muscle, enhance your balance and work on deep core strength. Small equipment will be incorporated to target muscle groups that you never knew you had. Led by Diane Cappasso (5 wks) During your practice you will learn movement patterns that will help you improve circulation, increase coordination, master balance, and gain physical strength.
