Adult/Teen Wellness Hard Core Training (Ages 18+) Ring Around the Rig –Small Group Training From interval workouts to weightlifting, you will get a taste of it all. The variety of drills and exercises will challenge your body and break plateaus. Track your progress with personal performance assessments at the beginning and end of each session.
