Why do you think you were you selected for the Influencer
MVP Award? I believe I was chosen because long ago I recognized that
only three things determine success or failure in this industry. If you develop a
system that ensures success in these three areas day in and day out, you will
excel.
1) The concept: You must have an enduring concept the public wants.
2) The location: Site selection makes or breaks you. You must become
an expert in understanding your guests’ habits and needs and choose sites
accordingly.
3) The operations: Once Nos. 1 and 2 are determined, execute. The only
way to succeed in operations is through your employees. Find the right ones,
treat them well, pay them well, and expect a lot from them.
