endeavors in 2014. I am very
excited to announce that this
year’s conference is entitled
“Planning for Growth.” With
the economy slowly but
surely rebounding, and capital access at its best point
since pre-recession, there will
be opportunities abound for
franchisees to make measurable strides in their business.
However, the best growth is
intelligent growth and that
comes with proper planning,
measurable objectives and
disciplined decision making.
This year’s conference will feature the major aspects of successful
growth through the lens of finance, marketing and talent management. We are planning sessions with content that is new and fresh
with operators who have mastered these key areas of business.
Further, we have introduced tracks so that the content is tailored to
the specific needs of the operator in various stages of development.
