First and foremost, you need a simple story based on the customer – how you can make their life easier, safer, more profitable, more exciting and more successful? Next, you will need things that grab their interest: a demonstration, a computer programme, a short video, a blackboard or whiteboard to demonstrate situations. Obviously, you need products or perhaps key components of products so that customers can look and touch. Consider competitions, limited time offers and low-cost giveaways. It is also helpful to have product demos for visitors to see what the product is and how it works. Visitors always get excited when they have an opportunity to see, hear or touch products on display at the exhibition. can spend a few hours in the afternoon to join in the festivities. TABLES AND CHAIRS MTE aims for every show to be a success and therefore assists exhibitors to make each stand their own. That is why exhibitors can hire tables and chairs from us, which eliminates the stress of organising the basics. Tables and chairs must be booked two weeks in advance of the show to avoid disappointment as stock is limited. Payment can be made before the show via EFT or together with payment of your stand. Payment must be made at the show if not paid before the show with either cash or credit card. No payments can be made after the show. Please ensure to collect booked tables and chairs well in advance before the show starts to avoid the rush. Make sure you have a visitor’s book to record enquiries and visitor interests. You will need business cards and writing utensils.
