This year, Mining & Technical Exhibitions (MTE) has
a treat for visitors and exhibitors with the inaugural
Lichtenburg expo.

The expo in Lichtenburg (also known as the 'City
of Light') will take place on 22 November 2018 at
Hoërskool Lichtenburg from 13:00 to 17:00 and is
the penultimate expo for 2018 and it is expected to
be a blast. Located in North West Province of South
Africa, the town was established during the 1880s.

MESSAGE
Apart from maize, the town’s main economic activity
is cement production.
MTE’s high-level expertise in organising and hosting
high impact exhibitions in different exhibitions has
allowed this travelling exhibition specialist to branch
out into other industries in addition to mining.
After extensive research and numerous meetings
with major cement producers in Lichtenburg, MTE
together with stakeholders in Lichtenburg, is aware
that there is a need for an expo in the area and as
such visitors have it all to gain by attending this well-
organised exhibition.
