A MESSAGE FROM THE ORGANISER WELCOME TO STEELPOORT! Mining & Technical Exhibitions (MTE) will be in Steelpoort for yet another awesome show. MTE is extremely excited to be in the area and looks forward to welcoming visitors to this top-class exhibition. The MTE team is going to be in Steelpoort for a customised chrome and platinum expo. The area is rich in chrome and platinum reserves and home to Eastern Chrome mines, the biggest chrome mine in the area. Other mines in Steelpoort include Dwarsrivier mine, Magareng Chrome mine and Mototolo Platinum mine. As the show is customised for the platinum and chrome mining industry, visitors can expect to see exhibitors involved with these minerals and the mining industry in general. For more than 25 years, MTE has brought buyers and suppliers together at a mutual location, which is the driving force behind MTE’s success. The MTE team puts in a lot of hard work beforehand to ensure that the show is beneficial for both exhibitors and visitors. Visitors have the benefit of gaining in-depth knowledge about a product or service on display at the exhibition via face-to-face interactions between exhibitors and visitors. In addition, visitors also gain first-hand information on products that have yet to be launched in the market. As with every expo our MTE team – Andrew Macnamara, Caryn Kitching, Hannes Jacobs and Sheldon Greybe – are available on the day. For those who are not familiar with MTE, this travelling exhibition company has been running for 25 years, providing a unique platform for suppliers of top-of-the-line mining and industrial equipment to showcase their goods to a community hungry for new technology, services and information – right on its doorstep. MTE is part of Interact Media Defined (IMD), a multi-media publishing house with publications in a variety of industries including mining, plumbing, building and civil engineering among others.
