WELLNESS CLASSES Introduction to T’ai Chi Chih ® T’ai Chi Chih ® : Guided Practice This introductory level, easy-to-learn set of 20 movements helps dissolve tension, reduce chronic pain, and improve balance. Based on the ancient Chinese principles of activation and circulation of energy (chi), T’ai Chi Chih is an easily adaptive and enjoyable program that can be done by anyone, regardless of age or physical ability. Comfortable clothing is recommended. For those who have completed the introductory level class, guided practice is an ideal way to gain even greater physical and mental health benefits through closer examination and refinement of T’ai Chi Chih’s 20 simple movements. Instruction is very flexible, addressing the needs of individual students while sharing the experience of fellow practitioners. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
