Congratulations, Carlos!
Hiring Challenge: There was a lot of competition out in the market. Today’s job market is so dynamic and finding the right assistance on how to search for suitable employment helped me navigate through a lot of it. I have a very diverse background in intelligence and analytics so trying to adapt that to the civilian market has been somewhat challenging.
Assistance Received: I received great advice and a resume overview from CASY. They pointed me to some good job boards and gave me some great ideas on how to target my resume towards a new career that would match my skillsets. I had constant communication and updates from my ES and really felt like I had some real support.
