I have a device on my arm that tells me when I haven’t moved in thirty minutes. I bet many of you do too. If you are like me, you often ignore the buzzing on your arm and keep working. In fact, if you are like many Americans, you probably sit at a desk ALL day.

While it would be better to get up and take a walk (and get a breath of fresh air), you can practice yoga at your desk to combat poor posture, back pain, and stiffness.

Here are some moves you can practice from the comfort of your own desk!

You may get a few strange looks at first, but when your coworkers see your improved posture and demeanor, they'll be joining in!
