An Employment Specialist works one on one with you to identify your goals and needs. They provide support through coaching, resume assessment, LinkedIn® profile development, and interview preparation. They check in and send jobs that match your skills.

Our Recruiter Connect Specialists connect with employers who want to hire you, while also reviewing submitted resumes, and providing additional feedback when available to job seekers.

Our Communications Department puts out job search tools and other resources through our MSEJ and social media. We share the stories of our successful job seekers too!

Our Career Corps Program provides job seekers with volunteer opportunities to help them gain the skills they need or develop relevant and current skills.

Our Executive Team works diligently to build relationships, educate communities, and put our job seekers into careers.
