In 2017, I finally graduated college after first starting 18 years ago and I had the honor of having my three boys on hand to watch me walk across the stage. For this coming year, I plan to continue learning by pursuing courses that will expand my skills and help me keep up with trends in the digital age.

I would say my biggest success this year is finally getting a hire with a candidate I have been working with since Aug. 2015. He had been through some very rough patches and wanted to give up several times, but I

continued to encourage him, referred him to multiple team members to provide additional supports and not only was he hired, he is already up for promotion within a few weeks of starting. My goal for 2018 is to be able to continue to encourage and support my candidates with more successful hires.

My success is more on the personal side--I've settled in and learned to make the place I live my home. I'm learning balance. My goal for 2018 is to get healthier and keep building my network so that I can support our community and advocate especially for our spouses and military youth.

My biggest success for 2017 was learning to let go. I came to terms with the fact I cannot control everything and realized that sometimes God has a better plan. In "letting go and letting God" I now have an amazing job I love, more time with my family, and a whole lot less stress!

My most important goal for 2018 is to continue to remember how truly blessed I am. I don't ever want to take for granted the things I love and cherish the most for those are the things that make me who I am.

My 2017 Success: includes providing thousands of Veterans and Military Families with resources and employment opportunities, while expanding my social network to more than 20K Partners & Clients.

For 2018, my goal is to provide resources and employment opportunities to even more Veterans and Military Families and expand my social network to 30K Partners, Clients & Followers.

My biggest success in 2017 was not work related, but more of a personal growth triumph; I found my voice. I began speaking regularly, via conferences and interviews, about my experiences with domestic violence, suicide, PTSD, and relationship codependency. My goal for 2018 is to hone that voice and passion in all that’s I do, and allow myself to forgive, heal, and grow.
