Key highlights for the 2015 year include: • The network performed reliably with SAIFI below target although the SAIDI was above target. Approximately half the SAIDI overrun was due to the high level of planned outages involved in the Rangiora West upgrade project. The remainder was caused by a single November wind storm event. • Lost time injuries and OSH notifiable accidents were both up on previous years although the average lost time per injury reduced. We continue to emphasize health and safety practices in our training and daily operations, and retain an expectation of no lost time injuries which is consistent with this focus. The 2016 year to date figure is much lower. • The return on investment was higher than forecast due to increased consumption. SAIDI - Average minutes customer is without power during the year. SAIFI - Average supply interruptions per customer during the year.
