From the establishment of our Clinical Integration Program in 2011 to the implementation of population health management and the addition of advanced practice providers , we ’ re continuing to improve quality and access to care and reduce costs while enhancing the overall patient experience . With a clinically integrated network of more than 2,000 physicians and non-physician providers , over 200,000 covered lives ( the most of any network in central Ohio ), more than 21 managed care contracts and nine ACO shared savings initiatives , we ’ ve become a leader in the marketplace . Our ACO partnerships cover the spectrum of managed care payors ( including commercial , Medicaid , Medicare , and Medicare Advantage plans ), have improved the quality of care for our patients and generated considerable financial savings . And thanks to our affiliation with Trinity Health , one of the largest multi-institutional Catholic healthcare delivery systems in the nation , we have a committed partner as we move ahead .
