Daniel Wendorff , MD President Dr . Wendorff has served as Medical Director since September 2009 and as President since October 2013 . He was instrumental in the development of the organization ’ s clinical integration strategy and quality programs , and actively participates in many of our clinical committees . Dr . Wendorff is in private practice with Grove City Internal Medicine and is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine .
Loren Leidheiser , DO Medical Director In this position , Dr . Leidheiser interacts with network physicians to strengthen physician engagement with clinical integration and chairs the Clinical Guidelines Sub-committee . Dr . Leidheiser is a member of Emergency Services Inc . and practices clinically at several Mount Carmel emergency departments . He is the Assistant Emergency Department Director at Mount Carmel West .
Linda Clem , MS , CPHQ Vice President of Clinical Performance Linda has been with Health Partners since 2005 and currently oversees credentialing and quality functions and has been instrumental in managing our pay-for-performance and quality of care programs . Linda received a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree from The Ohio State University . Linda is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has over 18 years of healthcare quality experience .
Jeffrey Thurston , DO Physician Liaison Dr . Thurston ’ s key focus area within Health Partners is related to population health management activities . A graduate of the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine , Dr . Thurston is board-certified in internal medicine and is the co-founder and president of Columbus Inpatient Care .
Chad Evans , LPN , MBA Vice President of Population Health Chad presently works to design innovative models of care that lower the cost of healthcare while enhancing the quality of care patients receive . Chad received his nurse certification from the Columbus School of Practical Nursing . He received a bachelor degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from American Intercontinental University .
