It’s been that way ever since Gottlieb Daimler first strapped a primitive piston between two wooden wheels and rattled off into the history books. B ut what if you add two motorbikes? Does sharing the experience double the delight? Or will a second rider, with different priorities and abilities, turn your trip of a lifetime into a trial of tempers, your dream tour into a tragedy? A fter many thousands of miles and two extended tours riding as a couple, my wife Viv and I have a few suggestions to offer. This is what works for us.
