Feature: lmg - travellers rally event Horizons Unlimited UK Overlander's Rally Horizons Unlimited (or HUBB as its frequently referred to) is considered by many to be the ultimate source for overlanding information on the Internet. HUBB holds numerous events around the world to bring together people with the same mind- set to share and enjoy information and story recitals which fuel the attendees interest in the subject. Of all of the HUBB events, HUBB UK is widely considered to be their flagship gathering and has been operating for several years near Castle Donnington in the East Midlands of England. In 2015, due to circumstances, the HUBB UK event was conspicuously absent from the overlanding calendar. was back on the calendar, albeit at the new location of Baskerville Hall in Wales. Baskerville Hall, set in 130 acres of Welsh Wye Valley countryside was originally built in 1839 by the Baskerville family, and it should be of no surprise that it was the setting for Sir Arthur Conan Doyles’ most famous Sherlock Holmes story. It is recorded that Sir Arthur was a family friend to the Baskervilles and when visiting them at the hall, he heard of the local legends of ‘the hounds of the Baskervilles’. The family asked Sir Arthur to relocate the story to Devon so as not to impact local tourism.
