About
One of the main events on the Overland Travel annual calendar is the so-called “HUBB UK” event. This
has been a regular, and very well attended event for many years, however in 2015 the event was
absent from the schedule due to a variety of reasons. Therefore it is great news that the event is once
again being put on in 2016.
The event has moved on to a new location at Baskerville Hall near Hay on Wye, Wales over the four
days of June 16th – 19th. For those who don’t know, Baskerville Hall is a 1800s period country estate
is set in stunning 130 acres of Welsh countryside in the stunning Wye Valley. Pitching up your tent
(free camping!) on this estate will be a privilege!
As with all previous HUBB UK events, this one will be big, as demonstrated by the list of presenters
currently confirmed. There are far too many to list here, but such well known names as: Grant and Sue
Johnson; Austin Vince; Paddy Tyson; Ed March; Bernard Smith; and not to mention MEM contributor
Graham Field.
