I could not resist sending a few other photos that
fit the bill of "My
Bike and a River" - the first is the 1987 LM Honda
600 XL - first day in
Myanmar, one of four river crossings in the same
day all on canoes and
bamboo rafts as the bridges had been washed out
in the monsoon.
The second is when I was with my wife on an
1990, 750 Africa Twin
crossing the Mekong River from Laos to Thailand,
the ferry driver was
drunk (it was Sunday) so we had to put the bike
and our friends BMW on a
canoe - a scary but scintillating experience.
Keep up the excellent work - the mag is great.
