Not literally, but as one of Australia’s leading young playwrights he is creating work whose impact reverberates through Australia and has travelled overseas! “The first few pages announced this was a play that demanded to be noticed and by the time I had reached the end of the script I was convinced of its author's gift for telling dark, twisted tales with heart and humour.” - Sydney Theatre Company Literary Manager, Polly Rowe ------ Declan Greene is a theatre-maker based in Melbourne, and Resident Artist at Malthouse Theatre. As a playwright, his work includes MOTH, POMPEII L.A., EIGHT GIGABYTES OF HARDCORE PORNOGRAPHY, I AM A MIRACLE, and THE HOMOSEXUALS, OR ‘FAGGOTS’, which have been produced across Australia, Europe, the US, and the UK.
